Karate on Main in Tigard is the center for Japanese Karate. There are three different style of karate classes. Okinawan Goju-ryu, Japanese Shotokan, and Kyokushin Karate. Probably the best karate source in Oregon.
Karate gives children confidence, self-esteem, and the opportunity to learn how to focus when they are learning self-defense skills. For adults, this is the one of best exercises and provides a wonderful stress management skill. You are also welcome to our program to become a future instructor.

About Kyokushin Karate Tezuka Group 
Tezuka Group was founded by Kaicho Toru Tezuka, and HQ is located in Chiba, Japan. After Sosai Mas Oyama passed, Kyokushinkaikan was separated into several major groups. Tezuka group was established in year 2000, Kaicho Toru Tezuka was the only leader who carries true Japanese spirit and he has the method to educate our younger generation to the right path. Today group is led by Nidai Kaicho Yoshimichi Mori from Sendai Japan.

We also offer Jujutsu class, which is another tradition from Japan. It is good for women, older falks, and somebody new to martial arts as self-defense, and also as commensurate exercise.
